Release trapped emotions and enjoy the gentle energy of Reiki healing in this group session led by Shanyn from SLS Holistics.
In this group healing session, you'll first learn the basics of the Emotion Code method, how do muscle test your "Yes" and "No" and then we'll identify and release trapped emotions to help pave the way for greater emotional freedom and well-being.
That will be followed by a group Reiki healing to promote relaxation, inner harmony, and peace.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, blankets, or pillows so that you can be as comfortable as possible during the Reiki portion of the session.
This event is a unique opportunity to nurture your mind, body, and spirit in a supportive group setting. Whether you're new to energy healing or seeking to deepen your practice, all are welcome to join us on this profound journey of healing and transformation.

Shanyn is an Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master, Shamballa Multi-dimensional Healer, and Emotion Code/Body Code Practitioner. She offers online healing services and currently provides pre/post adjustment Reiki every second Tuesday of the month at Evolve Health and Wellness off Randolph Road
