Join the Alvarium crew for EMO YOGA! Cry it out to My Chemical Romance, flow to Taking Back Sunday, and meditate to Dashboard Confessional. This 1.5 hr all-levels flow includes a throwback playlist of all your favorite emo classics.
DON’T BE SAD (or do) - NO YOGA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
BYO yoga mat and, while not required, any props you may want to use (i.e. blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, etc.)
Entry includes an after-yoga beverage from the Alvarium taproom OR cafe!
Get ready to work through some shit.
