We’re very excited to announce that the incredible and fearless EMILY HAWTHORNE will be joining us at Addictive Fitness in Coleshill, West Midlands on Saturday, 7th February 2026! 💪✨Emily has been mastering pole for over 10 years, specialising in dynamic pole, power tricks, and gravity-defying flips. Her passion for aerial arts soon expanded to aerial hoop, where she again fell in love with powerful, dynamic movement.
Starting out as a university instructor, Emily’s talent and dedication led her to open her own studio in the heart of Leeds. She has since taught workshops all across the UK and Europe, inspiring students to conquer their fears and tackle even the scariest of moves with confidence.
We’ll be hosting two exclusive workshops with Emily — each lasting 90 minutes and priced at £45 per person.
WORKSHOPS:
1pm – 2.30pm POWER POLE - 90 min
Power spins and all the power sequences with things like beats where you use momentum to add more drama and power to your movements. This workshop can be broken down into individual moves or linked together into a mega combo if you’re feeling strong
2.45PM – 4.15pm POLE TUMBLES - 90 min
All the biggest drops and tumbles have to start somewhere, each combo will start small and be built up into bigger sequences and more dramatic movements. It will involve a mix of hand and leg grips.
PAYMENT:
To secure your place on any of these workshops, please pay £25 (non nonrefundable) deposit to Karen in the studio we will then collect the other £20 by 7th January 2026. NO BOOKINGS WILL BE HELD without deposits.
Its going to be an awesome day and limited spaces are available so get booking on early to avoid disappointment.
