Join us for the Emerson Avenue Construction Project Open House on Wednesday, November 20 from 5-7pm in the West St. Paul Council Chambers (1616 Humboldt Avenue).What is the Emerson Avenue Construction Project?
The City of West St. Paul is proposing to:
- Reconstruct Emerson Ave. from Delaware Ave. to Charlton St.
- Upgrade the pavement on Emerson Ave. from Charlton St. to Oakdale Ave.
- Install a trail/sidewalk on one side of Emerson Ave. from Delaware Ave. to Oakdale Ave.
What should you expect at the open house?
- Learn about the overall project, scope of work expected, and schedule
- Interact with city staff, and ask questions regarding the planned improvements
- Review the proposed trail/sidewalk addition to the corridor, and provide feedback. Both the north and south sides of Emerson Ave. are being considered
- Discuss on-street parking
