An interactive discussion on the emerging tech shaping global brands & how to responsibly scale AI initiatives to drive results as a leader.
About this Event

At The Table, our mission is simple: championing women in tech and data to lead confidently. In partnership with Kiehl’s, this immersive event brings that mission to life, giving you the chance to hear from the women at the helm of industry-leading AI initiatives and see their work in action.

As global brands race to adopt emerging AI, many leadership teams are having to make high-impact decisions, often before best practices, clear ROI, or industry standards exist. The most competitive organizations aren’t just experimenting with AI; they’re building real capabilities that shape customer experience, commercial performance, and brand trust.

Through candid conversations and real-world examples from organizations including Kiehl’s, Heineken, and Oura, we’ll explore how emerging AI initiatives move from pilots to meaningful business impact. The discussion will also unpack:

  • How leaders can decide which emerging AI technologies to back when it comes to influencing customer behaviour, loyalty, and commercial growth.
  • How teams are balancing automation with human judgment to protect brand trust and customer experience.
  • What responsible AI looks like in practice, and why diverse leadership at the decision-making table is critical for building unbiased, trustworthy, and commercially effective AI deployment.

Ticket Sales & Donation Information:

We are excited to announce that all proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Girls Who Code, a nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology. By attending this event, you're not only supporting the advancement of women in leadership but also helping to provide girls with the resources, training, and mentorship needed to pursue careers in tech.

Girls Who Code has been empowering young women to break into the tech field through programs that encourage coding, creativity, and leadership. Your contribution will help fuel this mission and create more opportunities for girls to thrive in male-dominated industries.

We invite you to join us in making a tangible impact by attending this event and supporting the next generation of women leaders in technology. Together, we can help foster a world where women have the skills, confidence, and opportunities to lead with purpose and impact.
