Join this presentation to learn to be prepared before an emergency or disaster happens. We will review helping individuals, families and communities to prepare for, respond to and recover from disasters!

11am-1pm: Community Readiness Champions (details below)

• Mental Health Awareness during emergencies
• Stop The Bleed® for bleed control
• Naloxone (Narcan®) to reverse an opioid overdose
• Hands-Only CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) awareness
• 5 & 5 Method for choking (5 back blows/5 abdominal thrusts)

✨ Location: 335-B East Avenue K6, Lancaster, CA 93535 Wellness Community.

Directions: Enter the building, immediately turn left, walk all the way down, and turn right into the Wellness Community.
