Very soon, students at the University of South Alabama will begin searching for belonging, hope, and spiritual guidance. South Wesley is here to meet them — but we need your help to keep the doors open and the ministry strong.
College is hard enough—exams, papers, and deadlines weigh heavy. No student should also face spiritual loneliness, physical hunger, or the fear of having no safe place to belong. That’s why South Wesley exists: to be a bridge from isolation to connection, from stagnation to spiritual growth, from the pressures of culture to a life shaped by Christ.
And South Wesley does not do this alone. It is through the generosity and support of local churches, small groups, and faithful individuals that the mission of South Wesley is accomplished.
The beginning of the school year is the most pivotal time to make an impact in the lives of students; however, we need you to make real change happen.
We are challenging you to help reach our goal of raising $12,000 this month. Your gift of $50 can help feed 20 students during a Welcome Week meal. $200 can mean a week of campus outreach events. Every dollar you give directly fuels ministry that changes lives.
Your generosity impacts real students who have real needs. And it cannot be done without you. As such, we ask for your prayers going into Welcome Week (August 18 - 24) and throughout the semester.
