EFR Primary & Secondary Care training prepares you to take charge during those crucial minutes before professional help arrives. You’ll master how to:
✅ Perform CPR and rescue breathing
✅ Respond to major or minor injuries
✅ Assist choking victims and unconscious patients
✅ Manage spinal injuries
✅ Apply bandages, dressings, and splints
All taught in a supportive, low‑stress environment designed to build confidence.
⏱ Time Commitment
eLearning: 2–4 hours at your own pace
Practical Session: 4–8 hours with our instructors
Walk away with a globally recognized certification — and the essential prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver course.
