This Open First Aid Training Day, allows individuals to book themselves (or come as a pair!) to the fun and interactive, nationally recognised training session!

Free nationally recognised certificate which lasts 3yrs

Free onsite car parking & Free lunch

Unlimited free teas, coffees, biscuits and fruit

• Undertake effective CPR and use a Defibrillator (including babies, children & adults)
• Rescue someone from choking (including babies, children & adults)
• Manage head, neck and spine injuries
• Treat a person’s burn, bleed or broken bone
• Practice putting someone in the recovery position
• Manage a seizure
