Emergency First Aid at Work

Please note this training opportunity is exclusive to LeedsBID levy paying businesses only.

This 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work course equips you with essential life saving skills and the knowledge required to act confidently in an emergency situation.

Throughout the course, you will gain hands on experience in handling real life emergency scenarios, covering topics such as:

• Roles and Responsibilities of a First Aider
• Assessing an Incident
• Managing an Unresponsive Casualty
• CPR
• Recovery Position
• Use of an AED (Defibrillator)
• Choking
• Seizures
• Shock
• Wounds and Bleeding
• Minor Injuries

Upon completion, you will receive an Emergency First Aid at Work certificate, valid for three years, allowing you to serve as a designated first aider in low risk workplaces.
