Emerald Rain is thrilled to be hosting a six-week series designed to help volleyball athletes increase their vertical jump while learning proper jumping and landing mechanics. Athletes will focus on efficient movement patterns that improve performance at the net while reducing injury risk. Training sessions emphasize strength, power, and safe technique, led by an experienced exercise science trainer.Jump Higher. Land Stronger. Play Longer.
