Panhandle Assistant Care invites you to an evening of purpose, connection, and coastal sophistication, so please join us at Bitterroot Restaurant in Destin, Florida on October 25th from 4 PM to 7 PM for a cocktail‑style fundraiser supporting Alzheimer’s awareness. Guests are encouraged to arrive in cocktail chic attire.
Enjoy an evening featuring curated hors d’oeuvres, an elegant dessert selection, and a refined beverage menu offering beer, wine, and one specially crafted signature drink created exclusively for this event.. A portion of all proceeds from ticket sales and auction contributions will support Alzheimer’s initiatives, honoring individuals, families, and caregivers impacted by the disease.
Evening Highlights & Fundraising Activities
Admission Tickets: $75 per person. Please note that 100% of this ticket price goes directly toward covering the cost of food, beverages, and venue operations at the restaurant. Because the ticket price matches the fair market value of the dinner provided, no portion of the ticket sale is a tax-deductible charitable contribution. All of our fundraising for the Walk to End Alzheimer's happens live inside the venue!
Silent Auction: We will be hosting a live Silent Auction featuring incredible items and packages donated by local vendors. All high bids placed above the fair market value of the auction items go directly to support our walk team, and the portion exceeding the item's value is fully tax-deductible.
Drawings by Chance (Raffles): Win amazing gift baskets and prizes from local businesses! Tickets will be available at the event. No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter or win. A suggested donation of $5 per ticket or $20 for 5 tickets is requested to support the cause, but a contribution is not required to be entered into the drawing, and a donation will not increase your chances of winning. Free entry tickets are available upon request to the event organizers at the registration table
