EMCHN Operational Board

The morning session includes a review of the NHS CHD Standards of Care outcome report, analysis of quality data from the EMCHN dashboard, and insights from lived experiences and patient engagement feedback. The group will then explore the network’s five key priorities before moving into working groups to develop practical actions.

The afternoon will focus on transition pathways and strengthening support for young people, including the network-wide transition SOP, approaches to inclusive support, and the role of psychology in transition. The day concludes with an open discussion and closing remarks.
