Embroidered Felt Ornament Workshop

Celebrate the holiday season and cross a name off your holiday gift list by making felt embroidered ornaments for your loved ones!
About this Event

Join us at T12 Distillery in West Des Moines for a night of holiday cheer and crafting. Your instructor, Susan, will guide you through some basic embroidery stitches and then you'll have free reign of felt and bead options to make your own creation(s). Your ticket includes materials to take home if you need more time to finish (needle, felt, beads) AND a beverage of your choice from the bar.

We will have some inspiration out for you to but bringing an idea of what you'd like to create will help you have more time during the event to create your ornament. Susan will be on hand to help with any issues you encounter.

About Susan: Susan Eastland has been creating community through connection and crafting for over 6 years. Whether in her home with friends, as part of her profession as a programming librarian, or as a freelance workshop host, Susan designs welcoming spaces to make guests feel encouraged and inspired. New England born and raised, she now lives in central Iowa with her boyfriend and her cat.
