Join Katie for a transformative women’s workshop, Embracing Change with Grace, where we will explore how life’s transitions can be reframed as opportunities for growth, renewal, and empowerment. Through guided reflection, journaling, and supportive practices, you’ll be invited to release resistance, open to possibility, and rediscover your inner strength as you step into the next chapter of your journey.
To complete the evening, you will be gently carried into a sound bath with Rebecca and Evelyn — a beautiful mother–daughter collaboration. Together they weave a sound journey infused with the frequencies of both earth and cosmos, helping you to find harmony, balance, and inner stillness. Aligned with the energy of Libra season, their carefully curated sounds will support deep relaxation, recalibration, and connection to your own sense of equilibrium.
This evening offers a sacred space to reflect, realign, and restore. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more centered, and empowered to embrace change with grace.
