🍃🍂 Embrace the Shift: Autumn Equinox Half-Day Retreat offers a sacred journey into balance, intention, and renewal. This experience is designed to guide you through two transformative sessions, blending the gentle power of sound and movement with the mindful practice of a tea ceremony and intentional tea blending workshop.☀️ The journey begins with Sun & Shadow: Stillness and Sound, where you will steep yourself in a session of restorative yoga and an alchemical soundbath. This is a time to gently release tension and quiet your spirit, allowing the transformative vibrations to wash away what no longer serves you. (Led by Jessica, My Purple Mat)
☕️ Afterward, we'll enter The Pause, a brief moment for light refreshments and a welcome tea to prepare you for the next phase of your journey.
🌑 The retreat culminates with the Shadow & Sun Tea Ceremony, a ritual of mindful creation. You will learn about the ancient wisdom of herbs and craft a personal manifestation tea blend. This unique blend will then be sealed within a beautiful tea spell jar, a tangible piece of magic to carry your intentions forward. (Led by Teishu Mike, Intentional Tea Time)
