• Rotating Sessions: One group will begin with the dance workshop, engaging in therapeutic dance routines led by professional instructors, while the second group participates in a guided therapeutic support group session and the third group will be building connections with other participants in an ice breaker session. Each participant will move through each 30 minute session and we will then end with a powerful closing women's circle.
