Embrace the Lines: A Mindfulness Coloring Experience

Honoring National Crayon Day Hosted by House of Supreme

Embrace the Lines is a relaxed, mindfulness-centered creative gathering designed to help participants slow down, decompress, and reconnect with creativity.

In honor of National Crayon Day, this event celebrates the simple joy of coloring while creating a supportive community space to breathe, reflect, and connect.

Crayons are the theme, but not the limit.

Participants are welcome to bring any creative tools that feel good in their hands:

• Crayons • Markers • Colored pencils • Paint pens • Digital art tools

If coloring isn’t your thing, you’re welcome to bring a journal, knitting, sketching, or any quiet creative practice.

This space centers presence over performance.

No artistic skill required. No staying inside the lines. Just showing up.

Cheryl will lead participants through Neurographic Art, a therapeutic drawing method that transforms emotions and stress into flowing abstract designs.

Developed by psychologist Pavel Piskarev, neurographic art combines art and psychology through organic lines that resemble neural networks. The process encourages mindfulness, emotional exploration, and creative flow.

In-Person Gathering (Philadelphia) Mrs. Dee will host the in-person creative circle.

Virtual Gathering Monique Buttafly and Cheryl will facilitate the virtual space so participants can join from anywhere.
