Happening Tuesday the 7th of May at 1pm (Adl Time), SAPSA is thrilled to introduce the incredible women joining us to "EMBRACE, EDUCATE, EMPOWER, and DESTIGMATISE WOMEN'S HEALTH"
A/Prof Susan Evans, co-founder of the Pelvic Pain Foundation Australia and co-developer of the Periods, Pain and Endometriosis (PPEP Talk) School Program. A/Prof Evans has 20 years of experience as a gynaecologist, laparoscopic surgeon and pain physician. Her work focuses on addressing issues that reduce the ability of people with pelvic pain to live life to their full potential.
Eva Jakob, an accredited exercise physiologist who specialises in women's health and reproductive medicine. Eva currently works for Taboo Period Products as the education facilitator and is passionate about improving the quality of menstrual education.
Lara Tilley, a degree-qualified naturopath currently consulting at National Pharmacies, and privately. Having completed further study in Chronic Condition Management at Flinders University, Lara has developed a passion for working with complex hormonal and reproductive issues, such as PCOS, acne, infertility, menstrual irregularities, endometriosis and adenomyosis.
Libby Trainor Parker is a superwoman in her own right - writer, performer, speaker, teacher, parent, health advocate and Endo Warrior. Libby dedicates her life to advocating for people with illnesses so they can live a full life.
Jessica Taylor, CEO of QENDO, which is the organisation NAPSA is supporting for our 2024 Charity Cup. Jessica has a long-standing commitment to endometriosis education and research, and has advocated for initiatives like the National Action Plan, QENDO App and PPEP Schools Talk.
Dee Anne Hull, an accredited pharmacist paving the way for expanded-scope of practice roles. Dee has a wealth of knowledge about how pharmacy can be involved in chronic health management, and was awarded PSA's ECP of the Year in 2023.
We hope to see you all on the 7th!
