FULL BOARD 4 Star NEW HOTEL weekend of Tango, Blues, enveloped in a unique, friendly atmosphere. In fact, it's a perfect environment for learning in. With different teachers, and a selection of D.J's who you will have seen on the Alternative Tango scene and Blues circuit
Dancing starts from 4pm on Friday until 11pm on Sunday
FREE Tea and coffee available from the Machine all weekend plus a drinks station.
We will throw open the doors on Friday from 4pm and we'll be dancing, socialising and learning right through until late Sunday evening.The weekender will be crammed full of workshops (11 to be exact, 6 on Saturday & 5 on Sunday) right up until 6:15pm on Sunday afternoon and then we will be hosting a Complimentary Goodbye Milonga at no additional cost to those booked on the weekender on the Sunday evening 8:00pm till 11:00pm...(after having a obligatory chill out and social drinks in the bar and collective take away order. Not included in weekender price) 🙂
If you wanted to book an extra night with the hotel at a discount to extend your stay till the Monday we can take your name, pass it on to the hotel who you can pay direct for this extra night which includes Breakfast on the Monday morning at checkout.

With dance instruction through the day, and social dancing through into the wee small hours, this is a weekend to seriously accelerate your dancing. Dipping your toes into another style is actively encouraged and with Tango and Blues dancing being such close cousins, our teachers will show you how to transfer your skills with surprising ease. The music played will be a gorgeous balance of traditional and modern blues and Nuevo/Alt/Neo tango in the tango room.
With a dedicated Blues and Alt Tango room top resident D.J John Porterfield & DJ Carol Almond
We also have a dedicated Tango room, to surprise and delight you throughout the whole weekend.

The cost of the weekend:
Early bird booking price is £295 per person based on 2 people sharing, If single room occupancy is required this carries an additional £75 Single supplement charge early bird bookings end on Wednesday 10th September 2025, after that the cost will rise to the full amount of £330 per person. Places are only secured with a £50 per person non-refundable deposit. The remaining full balance is due by no later than 10th September 2025.
