This event will be an opportunity to hear from OxFSN, family carers and siblings as well as Adult Social Care about the impact that the Embolden 2 project has had on supporting older carers to plan ahead.

We are keen to involve as many people as possible to discuss our ideas for next steps and recommendations for services.
