EMBODYING THE GODDESS
Embodying the Goddess is a small, intimate workshop for women, inspired by nondual tantra. It's an invitation to connect with something deep and meaningful within yourself and experience a sense of connection and wholeness.
When I speak of the Goddess, I’m not referring to anything outside of you or above anyone. I'm not pointing to a role you should try to play or an ideal you should try to become. Not a certain kind of woman, with a specific look, size or personality.
I’m pointing to something essential – something that can be remembered and felt when you connect with your body and the life force and energy within you.
GENTLE, DEEP & EMPOWERING
In this workshop, you don’t need to know anything or perform anything. There is nothing to be more of, nothing to be less of, nothing to become.
Through meditation, movement, and embodied practice, you’ll be invited to slow down, listen and experience – at your own pace and always with choice.
I have now offered Embodying the Goddess three times, and previous participants have described the experience as beautiful, gentle, deep and empowering.
GOOD TO KNOW
🌺 The workshop is suitable for both newcomers and experienced practitioners.
🌺 The workshop will be held in English, unless all participants understand Finnish and that feels more natural for the group.
🌺 Small group – only 9 spots
