Step into an experiential evening designed to open the heart, dissolve walls, and invite authentic connection—within yourself and with others.

Embodying Love is a guided journey led by Sedona-based facilitator Daniel Flynn, blending gentle movement, reflective writing, relational sharing, playful connection, and collective expression. Through embodied practices and interactive exercises, you’ll be invited to explore what love means to you, how you show up in connection, and what is ready to emerge during this Valentine’s weekend.

✨ This event is part of the Love Frequency Retreat, a curated weekend immersion devoted to conscious love, emotional connection, and heart activation. While this session may be attended on its own, it also serves as a powerful opening-night experience for the full retreat.

No prior experience required. All exercises are guided with care and choice.

Daniel Flynn is a Sedona-based group facilitator, yoga teacher, and conscious comedian known for creating spaces of authentic connection through movement, play, and relational inquiry. With a background in mindfulness facilitation, experiential education, and improv, Daniel helps people drop into presence, openness, and joy.
