Join Mandy on Mondays in this Beginner Friendly series to help find Joy and Grace in and through your Whole Self. We'll learn to move in Ancient Ways designed to unlock our Freedom while enhancing Technique and Musicality for even the experienced Dancer.
So much of our Power lies in our bellies! We'll drop into that Center Within and let the music carry us through Mindful Whole Body Dance Flows, Technique Drills and Practices to develop movements that help unlock our Inner Goddess.

A bit about Mandy....
She is a belly dance student, teacher and performer of 25 years focusing on Folkloric, Social and Performance based Dances of Upper Egypt along with fusions created around the world. She has dedicated most of her Life to the study of Embodiment Practices that foster Mind-Body-Spirit Connection. She is excited to share her passion with The Whole YOU!
