EMBODY Winter Artist Intensive 2026:
The Theatrics of Movement

This intensive is for intermediate to advanced dancers ages 9-18. Daily workshops include:
- Storytelling Through the Body (Day 1)
Students will explore the foundations of physical theater and strengthen their skills in storytelling through the body.
- Dance the Story: Character + World-Building (Day 1)
This workshop helps dancers integrate imaginative world-building and character work into both performance and composition.
- Narrative Fusion (Day 2)
This class fuses contemporary jazz and various hip hop styles with narrative-driven choreography, emphasizing musicality and gestural expression, while also integrating theatrical improvisation exploration.
Tuition:
General Public: $125 for both days; $85 for one day
