Embody the Goddess is a full-day gathering for women who are ready to come home to their bodies — gently, at their own pace, and without pressure to perform or prove anything.This day is about softening and opening, about moving and resting, about remembering that the feminine body carries deep wisdom when we feel safe enough to listen. It’s not about fixing yourself or pushing past your edges. It’s about creating space for ease, presence, and connection to return in ways that feel supportive and real.
Throughout the day, we’ll move together through a thoughtfully woven blend of experiences including sound healing, gentle and chair yoga, somatic practices, shamanic journeying, creative expression, nourishing food, and a silent disco breathwork and dance experience that invites freedom, release, and playful embodiment. Everything is offered with care, choice, and nervous-system awareness — no experience required.
This retreat is for women of all ages, shapes, and seasons of life. For those who feel at home in their bodies and for those who feel disconnected. For women who spend much of their lives holding space for others and are ready for a day where they get to receive.

✨ After January 31st, registration increases to $225
