A Holistic Timeout for Adults. Join us for a one day wellness event! Start the morning with an organic, cold pressed juice, a mindful meditation then learn the ins and out of your nervous system so that anxiety and stress no longer rule your nerves. Then watch a juicing demonstration and taste and learn about juices and gut health.
We will provide a comfort food meal for lunch (plant based) and then take a walk, learn some exercises for the nervous system, have a yoga class and a pottery class.
Then we will finish the day with a journaling class on imagining and creating your dream life.
