Breathwork, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Sound Journey ImmersionJoin us for an afternoon of deep relaxation, where you can breathe, stretch out and sink into bliss. We invite you to take half a day to retreat and to explore a sense of ‘being’, while connecting to a more aligned state of self.
Your hosts:
Breathwork Educator Kym Burls, Sharmaine-Cherie from Inclusive Yoga and Chris Toms from Harmonic Essence, combine their offerings like never before, in an urban retreat format, set in the quiet and peaceful Hawthorn Community Centre.
This retreat has been calling them for a while, and the time is right to bring it to life. This retreat offers a safe and sacred space to slow down, heal, nourish and reset.

What to bring:
Yoga mat, bolster, yoga block, towel, water bottle, blanket/quilt, cushions/pillows, eye pillow (optional). Please wear comfortable layered clothing.

Tickets available through Eventbrite. Spaces are limited to ensure a personalised experience. Book early to secure your spot at this soul restoring event.
Note before booking:
- Please review the Health Information below prior to booking as tickets are non-refundable.
- You may transfer to another person or event if you are not able to attend.
- By purchasing a ticket you agree that you have read and accept the contraindications outlined below in the Health Information.

Health and participation information:
The event is suitable for those aged 18 years and over.
Please let the facilitators know before booking if:
- You are pregnant or looking to conceive (not suitable for people in their first trimester)
- You have any cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions (e.g. high blood pressure, COPD)
- You have epilepsy or recent head injuries
- You have carotid stenosis, cardiac pacemakers, artificial heart valves, or cardiac arrhythmias
- You have a stent, shunt or a deep brain stimulation device (DBS)
- You have been diagnosed with PTSD, clinical depression, bipolar or any serious mental health conditions.
If you have specific questions relating to your condition, please contact the facilitators beforehand.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- All event registrations are non-refundable, except in special circumstances.*
- Registrants who do not show up or who cancel forfeit their full fee.
- By Approval, a transfer can be applied if notification is received in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the workshop.
- Any cancellations within 7 days of the event will not be moved to another event, however you can on-sell or gift your ticket to another person.
- All cancellations must be notified in writing.
