Embodiment of the 8 Limbs of Yoga A 6hr YTT Workshop Created by Sam Lenert of Space for Balance - Individualized Experiences.
The purpose of this workshop is to learn the 8 limbs of yoga in a way that is applicable both on and off the mat through diving into lectures and hands-on activities that put the limbs into practice and memory.
Students will get to take home wealth of knowledge along with tools to help exercise all they've learned:
- a personalized blend of bath salts with dried flowers to use with the intention of meditating on Saucha
- a set of crystals to use in Dharana practices
- a coloring worksheet to help remember the 8 Limbs
- Yoga Alliance Credit Hours from Edge Yoga School
Workshop Theme:
The 8 limbs of Yoga as well as the Yamas & Niyamas
Workshop Date:
Embodiment of the 8 Limbs is offered every 1st Saturday of the month 11:30-5:30, excluding May 4th & July 6th which will be moved to the following weeks May 11th & July 13th
2hr Option:
If committing to the full 6hr workshop isn't best for your learning style or schedule, you can choose to attend from 11:30-1:30, 1:30-3:30, or 3:30 to 5:30 to participate in one topic of choice or come back once a month to cover all three topics at a pace that works better for you! I love this option because it gives students a chance to apply what they've learned throughout the months in between these events.
