➡️ Embodiment Forum – Inspired by practices like Authentic Relating, the ZEGG Forum and embodied expression.
A guided experiential space where we explore authentic self-expression and give voice to what is alive within us through words, sound, movement, and embodied presence. This is not a dance event.
We are seen and witnessed by others with presence and care. We will be practicing the art of mirroring creating an environment that supports self-reflection, deeper awareness, and meaningful connection.
