Embodiment Breathing ist eine Technik, die tiefes, intensives Atmen mit Berührung und Bewegung verbindet. Dadurch kannst du emotionale wie auch körperliche Blockaden öffnen und dein Nervensystem regulieren. Das erhöht nicht nur dein Energielevel, sondern bringt auch mehr Leichtigkeit und Kreativität in dein Leben.
Es handelt sich um Gruppen Atemsession mit somatischen Übungen und Bewegung zur Integration. Die Atem Sessions finden regelmäßig statt und können ohne Vorkenntnisse besucht werden.

Embodiment Breathwork entfaltet ihre volle Kraft besonders in der Gruppe. Gemeinsam entsteht ein einzigartiger Raum, in dem sich durch die kollektive Energie neue Dimensionen des Erlebens öffnen und tiefe, transformative Prozesse möglich werden.

Eine 3 stündige Sitzung kostet €45.-

Bitte iss ca. 2 Stunden vor der Sitzung nichts mehr schweres, nimm dir eine Flasche Wasser und eine Kuscheldecke mit.

Die Atem Sitzungen finden in lockerer Kleidung statt. Gerne Gewand, dass du auch zum Sport trägst und worin du dich gut bewegen kannst. Es ist sehr wichtig, dass du dich wohl fühlst.

Embodiment Breathing is a technique that combines deep, intense breathing with touch and movement. This allows you to release both emotional and physical blockages and regulate your nervous system. Not only does this increase your energy level, but it also brings more ease and creativity into your life.

It involves group breathing sessions with somatic exercises and movement for integration. The breathing sessions take place regularly and can be attended without any prior experience.

Embodiment Breathwork unfolds its full power especially in group settings. Together, a unique space is created in which new dimensions of experience can open through collective energy, allowing deep, transformative processes to emerge.

A 3-hour session costs €45.

Please avoid eating anything heavy about 2 hours before the session. Bring a bottle of water and a cozy blanket with you.

The breathing sessions take place in comfortable clothing. Ideally, wear something you might wear for sports—something you can move in easily. It's very important that you feel comfortable.
