I'm so excited to share @embodiedyouth360 with the children of Pittsburgh, PA 💫💛
There will be 3 free classes during the month of August as I complete my certification to become an Embodied Youth 360 facilitator.
These sessions empower kids with embodied life skills through movement, the expressive arts, and meaningful connection. The @embodiedyouth360 program fosters emotional intelligence, social resilience, and authentic self-expression—helping children and teens navigate relationships, regulate emotions, and develop confidence in their own voice.
