Embodied Woman: Mid- Winter Glow ~ January

Mid-Winter Glow is our January Embodied Woman Circle — a monthly space to rest, move, connect, and express.

Together we soften into the body, shake off the heaviness of winter, explore voice and boundaries, breathe deeply, and release what’s been held. Expect uplifting embodied movement, grounding meditation, simple ritual, vocal expression, and nourishing rest.
