I’m excited to share an upcoming offering at Yoga Circle Studio that weaves together voice, breath, and sound in a gentle, accessible way.

On May 17, I’ll be guiding Embodied Voice: Rest & Resonance — an afternoon experience designed to help you reconnect with your natural voice and settle into deep rest. We’ll begin with a small-group vocal activation workshop (limited to 12 participants), exploring breath, simple movement, humming, and vocal toning to release tension and support the nervous system. No singing experience is needed — this is a space for exploration, not performance.

After a short break, the space will open for a one-hour sound bath, where you’re invited to simply lie down, receive, and rest. You’re welcome to join for the full immersion experience or attend the sound bath on its own.
