We are so excited to announce that Somatic/Ecstatic Dance is BACK!!! ���Don’t know what Somatic/Ecstatic Dance is? It’s all about tuning into the body’s intuitive movement and allowing the body to move and flow how it wants to move. Often this can help to release stagnant energy, blocks and bring you into a state of euphoria �.
All classes are guided and made accessible for anyone.
