An evening of ritual, somatic dance, connection & EXPANSION!

Summer is in full bloom. The sun is high, energy is rising, and your body is pulsing with the aliveness of the season.There’s a natural impulse to open, to shift beyond what’s familiar, and to reconnect with the radiance that lives inside you.
Embodied Ritual is your invitation to follow that impulse.
This ceremonial evening blends a cacao ritual, vocal toning, energetic healing , and somatic dance together to awaken your creativity, ground you in your body, and help you expand from the inside out.
No experience is necessary, only just your curiosity.
What to Expect:
~ A gentle opening ceremony with a guided cacao ritual to open your heart
~ Vocal toning to clear open your voice and regulate your nervous system
~ Energetic healing to soften tension and bring you into alignment
~ Somatic dance and movement to ignite expression and joy
~ A circle of women in sacred community
