Is overwhelm or high stress part of your life? In this workshop we will explore tools of somatic yoga and other trauma informed body-mind practices which can assist us with feeling more centered, stable and capable - more resilient.
We will focus on deepening the connection with the wisdom of the body, strengthening our physical and mental resources and restoring harmony in the nervous system and ultimately in the whole being.
No previous experience with yoga is necessary, please contact me in case of any health concern I should be aware of.
