This journey invites you to shed your layers like a serpent releasing old skin — letting go of what no longer fits as you step into the warmth of spring.We’ll begin by moving and shaking—allowing the body to flow, dance, and release in its own rhythm. Let your energy spiral and soften as you free yourself from the heaviness of winter.
Through fluid movement, deep breath, and embodied expression, we awaken the life force stirring beneath the surface.
Then we’ll move into stillness and rest, receiving Reiki and nourishment to plant the seeds of renewal deep within our beings. This sacred time supports your growth, grounding, and gentle emergence into the season ahead.
Allow yourself to be free, take up space, and dance into your becoming—trusting your body’s wisdom as you move from cocoon to bloom.
