National Poetry Month was inaugurated by the Academy of American Poets in 1996 and is celebrated each April.
In this workshop, you will craft a poem of who you are through playful somatic practices and elements of Kriya Yoga (evolutionary action). From this creative and meditative center within, you will allow the most loving, compassionate, witnessing Self to emerge organically through words, sounds, movement, and imagery.
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring your mat, water, journal, and pen. It will be a beautiful evening of creativity in community.
