EMBODIED MINDFULNESS will help you work with stress by reconnecting with your body in a practical, grounded way.As suggested by past participants and to allow greater discussion, practice and connection, this unique in person offering has been lengthened to 6 weeks.
Each weekly gathering, between May 5- June 16 (no class June 2!), has been carefully and thoughtfully curated and consists of:
• guided sitting meditation, breathwork and embodiment
practices
• practical ways to strengthen the mind–body connection
• tools to support stress, anxiety and emotional regulation in everyday life
