🌬️ Sunday: Qigong & Breathwork Exploration
In these two gentle and nourishing days, we will explore a variety of meditative techniques designed to cultivate inner tranquility, emotional resilience, embodied calm, and nervous system rebalancing. 🌿💆♀️
Whether you're completely new or have some experience, you will be guided at a beginner level as we deepen throughout the day. Each day includes moments for restfulness, with pauses and a lunch break to ensure we feel refreshed. 🍃🕊️
We will explore:

🧘♂️ Seated Meditation (on a cushion or chair)
🌱 Qigong
💫 Neigong
🌬️ Breathwork
🌲 Nature Contemplation
🎶 Sound Meditation
🌿 Guided Meditation

Anyone with an interest in meditative practices! No need for complicated postures—my approach is all about comfort and relaxation. 🧡
We will have chairs available, and adjustments can be made to accommodate different needs. The studio is fully step-free, including the bathroom, ensuring accessibility for all. 🌼
If you have specific needs, feel free to reach out- the aim is to be inclusive and comfortable for everyone. 🙌
📋 What do I need to bring?
Mainly just yourself and some lunch/snacks! 🥙
For comfort:
Warm, cozy layers 🧣
Slippers or warm socks 🧦
Blanket and cushion for extra support
Water and herbal tea will be provided.
🍵 There is also a kettle and cutlery for use during the lunch break.
