Join us for a three-hour introduction to Embodied Freedom Movement Practice. This is the beginning of the weekend workshop Embodied Intimacy 1 -2 of August.
Immerse yourself in a carefully curated soundscape that gently guides you to slow down, feel what is present within you, and move with it. Start where you are and catch up with yourself.
This evening workshop offers you practical tools to encourage you to reconnect with all of your bodies: physically, emotionally, energetically and mentally. Allowing you to develop emotional awareness, and communicate more authentically.
This somatic journey that will take you to many different spaces, you will be held and guided through exploration, self-inquiry and partner practices, you’ll slow down, listen to your body, and relate to others with greater clarity and confidence.
𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫:
This whole weekend is facilitated by Sybille Biedert from New Zealand, a passionate community weaver dedicated to holding space for personal and collective transformation.
With decades of experience in the movement world - being an accredited ‘Open Floor’ Movement teacher and the creator of the ‘Embodied Freedom Movement Practice', Sybille's events focus on emotional literacy and embodiment, guiding participants towards deeper self-awareness. She also holds extensive training in conscious dance and counselling, empowering individuals to step out of their comfort zones and rediscover forgotten parts of themselves.
This Embodied Intimacy Immersion Sybille will Jason and Stacey as her spaceholder team.
