✨ Embodied Goddess Yoga: New Moon Cacao Circle ✨An in-person, winter-friendly gathering in Brattleboro
You’re invited into a gentle, nourishing New Moon circle designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and intentional reflection.
This is a slow, grounded, and restorative experience. An invitation to soften, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, resourced, and trauma-informed container.
The New Moon offers a potent pause point — a time to turn inward, tend to what’s stirring beneath the surface, and plant intentions rooted in the body rather than the mind.
✧ What We’ll Explore Together ✧
• Opening sacred circle & New Moon intention setting
• Low-dose ceremonial cacao as a gentle heart-opening ally
• Guided meditation and reflective journaling
• Gentle, floor-based somatic yoga (winter-friendly and accessible)
• Embodied movement & intuitive dance (choice-based and invitational)
• Restorative sound bath for deep rest and integration
All practices are offered with choice, consent, and attunement. You are always welcome to rest, observe, or modify as needed.
No prior experience with cacao, yoga, somatics, or sound healing is necessary.
✧ You’ll Leave Feeling ✧
• More grounded and regulated
• Connected to your body and inner wisdom
• Clear about what you want to nourish in the coming lunar cycle
• Rested, resourced, and gently renewed
