In this 75-minute, dance-infused experience, you’ll journey with a different goddess each month. Inviting her essence to move you, speaking through your body, and awakening forgotten parts of yourself.
You'll begin by grounding into her story and the wisdom she carries, then warm the body with a yoga-inspired stretch to stir energy and intention. From there, Hart will guide you into soul-led choreography, inviting you to embody her archetype more deeply each class.
Whether you come every week or drop in when you feel called, you’ll leave feeling more alive in your body, more confident in your expression, and more connected to the sacred feminine that lives within you!
