Programme

Flow Recovery™ is a modern embodied recovery training that helps working professionals reduce pressure, restore calm energy, mobility, circulation, nervous system regulation, and sustainable performance through enjoyable science-informed Taiji practice.

Many working professionals are exhausted not because they are weak. They are exhausted because chronic pressure disrupts natural human flow.

Through our East-meets-west Taiji-based programme, they learn how to recover naturally and restore flow in their bodies and minds, and through holistic body-mind-heart connection, perform sustainably.

I. Single session

The 1.5-hour session features sharing and practice of validated methods through Taiji and psychological interventions to:

• Release tension and anxiety

• Reconnect to inner self – body, mind, and heart

• Restore body-heart-mind connection

Highlights

• Learn and practice the original Taiji - an ancient Chinese practice linked to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) & DaoDeJing (道德经) - oldest Chinese philosophy to cultivate Qi an essential energy for better physical and mental health.

• Interactive well-being session focused on takeaway tools and insights to evoke deeper mental and emotional well-being.

• Gain insights on how to overcome challenges and bring more flow in life, work and relationships.

II. 12-session programme

For lasting benefits, we recommended to run a 12-session programme covering:

a) Wudang Zhaobao Taijiquan’s foundational 10 form set, which covers the vital internal martial arts practice principles - centre, relaxation and interconnection, and focusing on activating Qi flow throughout our body and its meridians.

b) Psychology interventions and neuroscience insights delivered through designed play-centred activities to deepen self-awareness and build competencies to bounce back from adversities and flourish in life, work and relationships.

A scientific mindfulness test and neuro brainwave measurements will be conducted at the start and completion of the programme, and each participant will receive a personalised Flow Recovery™ report.

Why Taij & Wudang Zhaobao Taiji

• In 2020, UNESCO named Taijiquan an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

• Known for its slow, circular movements and body + mind alignment, Taiji has become increasingly popular amongst urbanites looking for relief from their fast-paced lives.

• Regarded as moving meditation, Taiji is practiced by all ages in over 150 countries and regions.

• With a direct lineage to Taiji creator Zhang Sanfeng, Wudang Zhaobao Taiji kept to the traditional internal martial arts practice linked to traditional Chinese medicine, DaoDeJing - oldest Chinese philosophy, for physical health, mental well-being + self- defence.

• Sustainable Results

o More calmness, better concentration, clarity, and smoother decision-making

o Regulate breathing, nervous system and emotions

o Better overall health, relieve aches, pains and breathlessness, improve posture

o Better sleep quality
