🌿 Embodied Flow 🌿Movement is medicine. Stillness is sacred.
This is not a dance class or a yoga class—it’s a guided space for free movement, expression, and connection. Whether you’re stretching, swaying, shaking, or dancing, Embodied Flow invites you to listen to your body and move in the way that feels natural to you.
✨ What to expect:
• Gentle grounding + intention setting
• Simple prompts to help you drop into your body
• An open flow where movement unfolds individually and collectively
• Closing circle for reflection + connection (ends around 8:30pm)
No experience needed. There are no rules—only freedom, support, and gentle guidance if you’re new to the practice.
🌀 When: Tuesdays, 7:00–8:00pm (with optional circle until ~8:30pm)
