Enter the holiday season with intention - join us for an immersive workshop designed to guide you through a profound journey of self-discovery, reflection, and transformation. In this unique, introspective experience, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your life's narrative. Thru this process, embrace the wisdom of your past, and set the stage to create the future you desire.Through a blend of somatic practices, including guided active meditation and breathwork, you are invited to review and honor the diverse chapters of your life story. Within this experience, you are encouraged to reconnect with sensations, emotions, and moments that have shaped your story throughout different ages and stages.
This workshop goes beyond mere reflection; it's an opportunity to reimagine your life, unearthing the patterns and beliefs that may have limited your growth so that you can move forward with more freedom. You'll have the space to envision and reconstruct your life in alignment with your deepest desires, values, and aspirations.
Guided by Kelly Zalewski, LMSW, Somatic Mental Health Therapist & Erica Bretz, Somatic Practitioner, you'll explore how your body holds the imprints of past experiences and learn to leverage this understanding for intentional personal evolution.
Whether you seek to redefine relationships, career paths, or personal goals, "Embodied Evolution" will empower you to harness your innate wisdom and gain resilience, awareness, and empowerment.
No experience needed, all are welcome. Bring your beautiful self, dressed in comfortable layers, along with water, yoga mat, blanket, pillow and any other items to help you feel comfortable. Paper and pen are optional, and suggested for those who like to journal for processing.
