Embodied Cycles
a 5 week series of Dance & Menstrual Cycle Education
Facilitated by Kylee Dawn & Hannah Marie
Our bodies speak in seasons. Through movement, art and reflection, we will explore how each phase of our Moon time carries its own wisdom, rhythm and story.
This five week series weaves dance, psycho-education and art therapy to help you reconnect with your body as an ally, not something to fix or fight.
Every cycle tells a story - come listen to yours.
Through this series, you will learn to how to support your energy, emotions and self care through cyclical awareness and embodiment.
November 16th - December 14th 2025
Sundays 1:30pm - 4pm
Investment:
Early Bird $200 until November 1st
Regular $245 after November 1st.
