Embodied Creativity and Connection

Annie (Pan Ini) is a multi-disciplinary artist exploring culture as an art form in itself, she is interested in how we can create and play with feeling, rehearse ways of being and liberate ourselves from ego through silliness, mindfulness and discussion.

Pan Ini has a background in Applied Theatre, Outdoor Education, Performance Art, Clowning, Story telling, Music and Community Living.

In these times where we are asked to step into a new way of living, to adapt to our ever changing world, we need to connect, to play again and collaboratively challenge ourselves to take that brave step and create harmonious ways of living where we are able to healthily discuss problems and make moves which align with truth.

The workshops will each include a mindfulness exercise, some playful games, creative prompts and open discussions reflecting on the exercises as well as monthly prompts about a topic on our world.

They will be taking place every 4th Monday of the Month at By Our Hands We Make Our Way in Sneinton market.

Workshops are done on donation, the advised amount would be between £9 and £15.

Teas are available and snacks to share are encouraged!
