Honoring the ancestors and connecting to the heart through the ancient practice of drinking cacao

Open to new possibilities in connection and authentic relating. You will be invited to first tune into yourself, your body, and your sensations, to create safety, and then meet others in your own time-if at all-in a heart-centered way within the blindfold. Learn to honor your personal boundaries, learn to express emotion and communicate with authenticity. Become more grounded, vital and heart centered.
This is an Active Meditation and alchemical process it is a very unique experience, a weaving of ancient and contemporary tools invite you into a deep state of presence, awakening & celebration.

You are invited to connection with others as much as you are comfortable. The facilitator will be holding space watching the room for the best possible outcome for all involved. Safe connection is vital for optimal healing.
Note: Experiencing overwhelming grief or extreme joy is normal and you will not be alone as you navigate these waters. Elora will notice and upon consent will use some healing tools and modalities to help you help you.
*Please note: Use of a blindfold is essential to get the most out of this practice, blindfolds will be provided. However if you are not feeling able to use the blindfold for any reason. It is not mandatory. No entry after 6:45 this is so we can all journey together. Please bring a yoga mat, cushion & blanket, 😌 unique blindfolds will be provided to borrow.
